Accommodation for older and medically disabled people is an increasing need in the modern world, to allow these groups to continue to live independent lives. We have built a portfolio of apartments and flats across France that cater to this need, and also to business travel – another growing segment.

This portfolio is fully managed by property experts who become leaseholders and handle all the operational aspects of the business. The apartments are spread across France, particularly present in larger towns in the south of the country where there are often aging populations.
